Smile Becky's Hawaiian Bread

Add the exotic taste on pineapples to your everyday bread. This has good nutritional value. Consider this recipe for your kids. This will make 1 1/2 pounds of loaf

1 banana (overripe) Pineapple (crushed)

Carefully mash the banana. It should fill about 1 measuring cup. Add the crushed pineapple. This will serve as the filling.

¼ c milk 1 egg (medium or large variety) 4 tablespoon margarine ½ teaspoon salt 1 tsp coconut extract 1/3 sugar 3 c flour (bread) ½ potato flakes 1 ½ teaspoon yeast (quick rise)

Use a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients inside the bowl. Turn the bread machine to light setting. Bake bread and allow cooling.
