Smile Greg's Honey Barley Wheat Bread

This recipe requires the use of a bread machine. This is very easy to make. This is convenient for working moms who value nutrition for their kids.

1 ¾ cups flour (bread) 1 ½-2 teaspoon yeast 1 ¼ cups flour (whole wheat) 3 tablespoons gluten (vital) ½ cup flour (barley) ½ cup salt 1 ½ cup water (use a tablespoon to add water) ¼ cup honey ½ cup flour (barley)

Use a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients. Add water to form the dough.

Keep adding after until it forms a single dough ball. Turn the machine’s setting at sweet medium dark. Remove from machine and set aside to cool.
