Smile Gooey Pumpkin Bread

This recipe can either be made into loaves or muffins. This is good for 4 or more loaves of bread. It will depend on the size of the bread pan. My kids find this very tasty.

1 c Oil 1 c Sugar 4 Eggs (just add one per interval)

Step 1. Use a large bowl. Mix the above ingredients. Beat for about 5 minutes.

o 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
o 3 ½ c Flour
o 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
o 2 teaspoon Baking Soda
o 1 teaspoon Salt

Step 2. Sift together the above ingredients.

o ¾ cup Water
o 2 cups Pumpkin

Step 3. Combine the above ingredients.

Combine all the ingredients. Alternately mix Step 2 with Step 1 then Step 3 with Step 1. Mix everything thoroughly.

Use the bread pan for the mixture. Grease the bread pan first then flour it. Preheat oven at 350F. Bake the mixture for about 45mins.
