Cool Angel Food Ice Cream Cake

Fresh strawberries can make your dessert enticing. The natural sweet taste and smell will make mouth’s water. This recipe is good for 15 persons.

1/2 Gallon ice cream (Vanilla flavor, slightly softened)
1 cake (Angel food, about 8 inches)
2 quarts strawberries (should be fresh)
Sugar (can also use sugar substitute)

Place the on a surface and cut in half. Have one half made into small bite size pieces. Set aside the other half.

The other half is cut into about 12 to14 slightly thin slices. Line a baking pan with a 13” x9” x2” wax paper at the bottom portion. Overlap it when necessary.

Top the cake with the soft ice cream. Press down gently to make it smooth. Press again the cake pieces into the soft ice cream gently. Cover the cake and keep frozen.

Get some strawberries. Slice them and sweeten to add flavor. The dessert is then cut into squares with the strawberries on top.
