Smile Cottage Cheese Dill Bread

Making this will surely make your partner’s day. It’s an excellent way to start your day. This is also great for snacks.

o ¼ c water (warm)
o 1 pack yeast
o 1 teaspoon sugar

Place warm water in a bowl. Place yeast inside and add the sugar. Let the yeast rise.

1 1/2 tablespoons onion (minced) 1 c cheese (cottage) 1 tablespoons dill weed 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon sugar 1 egg

Mix the ingredients above thoroughly. Add this to the yeast mixture. Pour in about 2 cups of flour. Knead with about another cup.

Use a greased bowl for the mixture. Let it set for 60mins until it doubles. It will only require 40mins of rising for making loaf.

Preheat oven at 375F. Bake for about 35-40mins. Set aside to cool.
