Cool Chrislip's Grain Bread

This recipe requires a bread machine. This is a very easy procedure. It's a different way to flavor bread.
·
· 1/2 c water (boiling)
· 1/4 c cereal (7 grain)

Mix the two ingredients. Place on the stove until it becomes thick. You can then add this to the machine. This is at the water below it.

2 tablespoon oil 1 1/4 cups water 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (you can also use vinegar) 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 tablespoon honey/molasses 3 c flour (whole wheat) 4 tablespoons bran flakes 2 1/2 tablespoon gluten flour (this is used to strengthen) 2 1/2 teaspoon yeast (active, dry)

The following can be added to the ingredients if there is a second kneading cycle in your machine. This is added halfway in the cycle

2 tablespoons seeds (sesame or flax) sunflower seeds 3 tablespoons seeds (sunflower)

The control function (for baking) you should use is the one for light crust. The bread program used should also be the one for whole wheat.
