Cool Dilly Bread

There are different ingredients you can add to bread. This is one of my favorite recipes. The ingredients are just found lying around the kitchen. It is up to your imagination to make it happen!

1/4 cup water (warm) 1 pack yeast (dry) 1 cup cheese (creamed, cottage variety) 1 teaspoon onion (instant, minced) 2 tablespoons sugar 1 egg (medium or large variety) 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon butter 2 1/4 cup flour 2 tablespoon dill seed

Put warm water in a large bowl. Mix yeast and allow rising. Place all the other ingredients in the bowl excluding the flour. Mix it thoroughly.

Place about 1/2 of the flour into the mixture. Mix it again before adding the rest of the flour. Knead it for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Allow the mixture to rise until it doubles. Pinch and shape the dough to form a round loaf. Place inside the oven and bake for about 20 to 30 mins. The oven temperature should be 350F.
