Cool Italian HERBED BREAD

This bread recipe is amongst my favorite recipes. Aside from it being easy to prepare, it gives me the tasty bread that I've always wanted. It goes well with my pasta. This produces 8 servings

You will need the following:

• 8 1/2 Inch Slices Firm, 1 to 3
• Olive Oil
• 1 tb Prepared herbes de Provence, - Multigrain Bread

PROCEDURES:

• Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
• Put olive oil on all sides of the bread slices
• On a baking sheet place the bread slices. On top of the bread slices sprinkle evenly herbes de Provence.
• Bake until golden and crisp.

*** Herbes de Provence is a mixture of dried nutmeg, savory, bay leaves, rosemary, thyme, basil, white pepper, coriander, lavender and cloves
