is gluten already in the bread flour or is it something else to be added. we cant find any glutenl. I was thinking maybe u had to add the gluten if u didnt use the bread flour or something I dont know I am new to all this, I would love to have some sweet recipes . I am gonna try the zuchini recipe the one I have to fix in the over calls for pinapple wonder what that would do to the bread machine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! glad to be here anxious for any advise ,recipes or help anyone may help.............. tia
