Exclamation Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread Recipe

This recipe is best for health conscious individuals - a very nutritious and easy to prepare bread recipe.
This recipe prepares two 9X5-inch loaves of bread

You will need the following:

• 3 eggs, beaten
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups white sugar
• 2 cups mashed very ripe banana
• a cup of chopped walnuts
• a cup of vegetable oil
• a cup of flaked coconut
• a cup of maraschino cherries, diced
• a teaspoon of baking soda
• a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 (8 ounce) can of crushed pineapple, drained

To prepare:

1. Put butter on the entire two 9x5 inch loaf pans to prevent bread from sticking. Allow oven to heat 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Using a large bowl, mix salt, baking soda, flour, cinnamon and sugar. Combine eggs, walnuts, oil, pineapple, banana, coconut, cherries and vanilla; stir well until blended. Fill batter evenly into the prepared greased pans.
3. Allow bread to bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or until a knife or a tooth pick inserted into the middle of a loaf comes out clean. Allow 10 minutes for cooling.
