Wink Apple Walnut Bread Recipe

If you love apples and nuts, you may want to try this delicious fruit bread recipe. My child enjoys this delicious and easy to prepare recipe almost any time of the day. What I have here produces two 9X5-inch loaves of bread.

You will need the following:

• a cup of whole wheat flour
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 and a forth cup of white sugar
• 3 cups peeled, cored and cubed apples
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup applesauce
• 3 eggs
• a teaspoon of salt
• a teaspoon of baking soda
• a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• a teaspoon of vanilla extract

To prepare, follow the simple steps below:

1. While moderately greasing good two 9x5 inch loaf pans, let oven preheat to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C)
2. Get a large bowl to mix applesauce, oil, vanilla extract, eggs and sugar then stir well. Using another bowl, combine baking soda, flour, cinnamon and salt.
Combine flour mixture and your wet large bowl mix, stir well. Combine all the walnuts and apples. Fill the prepared pans
3. Allow 70 minutes for bread to bake on your preheated oven, bread is ready when knife inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean.
