Smile Creamy Banana Bread Recipe

If you want some creamy banana bread for dessert, you may want to have a look at my recipe. This recipe was handed down by my grandmother, and I hope your family can enjoy it as much as we still do up to this day. This recipe produces 2 medium-sized loaves of creamy banana bread.

Prepare the following ingredients:

• an 8-ounce softened cream cheese
• half a cup of softened margarine
• 1 and a fourth cup of refined white sugar
• 1 cup mashed bananas
• 2 eggs
• a teaspoonful of vanilla extract
• 2 and a fourth cups of all-purpose flour
• half a teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 and a half teaspoon of baking powder
• 2 tablespoonfuls of brown sugar
• 2 teaspoonfuls of ground cinnamon
• and 3/4 cup of chopped pecans

After all the aforementioned ingredients have been prepared, you need to cream the margarine or butter and mix it with the cream cheese. Next, add the refined white sugar to the concoction in a gradual manner, and beat the mix until it becomes fluffy and light. Then, add the eggs one at a time. You also need to beat the concoction well after each egg has been mixed in.

Afterwards, mix in the vanilla together with the mashed bananas. Then, add the baking powder, flour, and baking soda to the mixture. Stir the concoction until batter becomes moist.

Next, mix the chopped pecans, cinnamon, and the brown sugar in a separate bowl.

Then, divide half of the batter into two floured and completely greased 8x4-inch loaf pans. Sprinkle the chopped pecan mixture on the batter. Finally, bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the batter comes out clean. Enjoy!
