Try to taking supplements. As was mentioned before, Vitamin C is a good immunity booster. Try looking for a good, soluble multivitamin. Also, eat foods rich in antioxidants (fruits, vegetables, and green and black tea) and probiotics. Good sources of probiotics are yogurt and kefir.
