I often use my bread machine for making pizza dough, it's so easy, and now I find pizzas from restaurants boring!\r\n\r\nOne thing I do, is I split my dough into 4 balls, and I put two in the freezer. This works quite well, you can then defrost them on a later day, and when they defrost the yeast will still work.\r\n\r\nIn fact that reminds me, as I need to defrost some for tonight
