I downloaded a manual for the Breadman Plus to my computer - it's in Adobe. I have the Breadman 600 - which I don't like and am looking for another brand. The top falls flat and the paddle gets stuck in the bread so that I have to dig it out. Anywy, the manual is for a more advanced model than mine - has notes about selecting size and crust, which my Breadman doesn't have. \r\n\r\nE-mail me and I'll attach the manual in reply if you want.
