Update and solved
Hi.\r\n\r\nJust to update anyone interested in this. Initial response from our local service engineer was to continue using the machine - a warning message would occur if anything vital broken!\r\n\r\nSubsequently, after mailing a picture, they recognised the part from the innards of the brew unit and within 24 hours of sending said brew unit it was returned fixed. I still don't know where the part came from, but importantly am back in coffee production mode again.\r\n\r\nBest Wishes\r\n\r\nGavin
