You yourself said your coffee was ground, vaccum packing does little more than remove the allready present oxygen from the coffee.\r\n You said, "home roasting takes a special talent you just can't seem to grasp" I use my many talents and years of experience on a daily basis when roasting my carefully selected coffee.\r\nAs for negative comments, this is a forum for discussion and learning and I just happen to be using you as an example of what is NOT good coffee.\r\nHave a nice day!
