Default coffee cookies

To fill up our collection of coffee cookies:\r\n\r\n5 1/2 oz butter\r\n5 oz sugar\r\n2oz chopped hazelnuts \r\n1 egg\r\n1 teaspoon vanilla\r\n1 1/4 cup flour\r\n1 teaspoon baking soda\r\n1/2 cup coffee or espresso\r\n1 square bar or 2 oz of plain dark chocolate\r\n\r\n\r\nPreheat your oven to 350 degrees farenheit. \r\n\r\nMix suger and butter until smooth in a food processor. \r\nAdd additional dry ingedients and mix thoroughly. \r\nAdd the egg, flour, vanilla extract and baking soda.\r\nThen add the coffee, nuts, and chocolate.\r\nDrop or put the dough with a spoon onto baking paper or greesed cooking sheet. \r\nBe sure to leave enough room on the cookie sheet, as they tend to spread out . \r\nCool on a cooling rack
