On the advice of another "coffeegeek" I gave Rocket Coffee a call and ordered a pound of their DarkStar espresso. My first impression was that the beans were beautiful, not to dark and with just a faint shimmer of oils. \r\n\r\nNow for the taste! I stopped my shot @ 23 seconds...the amount of crema was mind boggling! The shot had a rich buttery nuttiness with a hint of chocolate, smooth, sweet and delicious! \r\n\r\nIt's that good! I better put the address to their site!
