can anyone tell me how to make irish coffee! i have tried useing fresh single cream sugar 2spns hot water, the cream poured over the back of a spoon,but the cream always sinks to the bottom of the glass!it should look like a vicars coller at the top of the glass. any sugestions on what i am doing wrong? cheers!Paul.
