Cherry-Crowned Cocoa Pudding
Just for you Christmas evening:\r\n\r\nCherry-Crowned Cocoa Pudding \r\n\r\nIngredients: \r\nCanned cherry pie filling, chilled\r\n1/2 cup HERSHEY"S Cocoa\r\n1 cup water\r\n1 cup sugar\r\n1/3 cup all-purpose biscuit baking mix\r\n2 cups milk\r\n\r\nDirections:\r\n1. Stir together sugar, cocoa and baking mix in medium saucepan. Stir in milk and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil; remove from heat. \r\n2. Pour into dessert dishes. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface. Refrigerate several hours or until set. Garnish with cherry pie filling. \r\n6 servings.
