Default Mousse from white chololate and fresh goat cheese

This is one of the most unusual desserts I've ever tried in one Belgium restaurant. I could not find the recipe for a long time until I saw it on some of recipes sites. Unfortanately, I do not remember the link.\r\n\r\nWell, you may try Mousse from white chololate and fresh goat cheese!\r\n\r\nIngredients:\r\n\r\nWhite chocolate (Cote d?or) \r\nFresh goat's cheese (le ronde de Bastongne) \r\nMilk \r\nGelatine \r\nCr?me \r\nVanilla sugar \r\nCrystal sugar \r\nMango \r\nKiwi \r\nself-made red fruit sauce\r\n\r\n\r\nPreparation:\r\n\r\nSoak the gelatine in cold water. Whip the cream with the sugars (half firm). Melt the chocolate. Heat the milk and dissolve the soaked gelatine. Whip the goat's cheese and the milk till the mixture is smooth. Mix cream and chocolate with the cheese mixture.\r\n\r\nThe dessert should cool down during half an hour in the fridge. Serve with a light fruit sauce.
