I have read two different opinions on storing an opened bag of coffee beans. The first says to place it in an air-tight container and leave it at room temperature. And others say it is best to refrigerate them to keep them fresh. However, I read that condensation can take place on the beans when they are refrigerated and thus compromise the quality of the coffee.\r\n\r\nCan someone help me with this? \r\n\r\nAlso, what is the best way to store ground coffee (if you have enough for a day's worth). Should that be left at room temperature or refrigerated either? \r\n\r\nThanks for your help
