Two years ago I gave my sister kitchen thermometer and two baking mats for her birthday. \r\n\r\nActually she did not like the thermometer, though it seemed very useful to me. It was electronic kitchen thermometer with large easy-to-read dials, shatter-proof clear lenses and calibration options. Even timer and remote beeper did not satisfy her
\r\n\r\nBut she liked silicone baking mats for non-stick cooking. They are washable and reusable, and she still uses them.
