Caramel Dip for Sliced Apples


2 C. butter
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1/2 C. light corn syrup
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
Pin. of salt
Variety of cored, sliced apples


Mix together butter, sugar, corn syrup and milk in saucepan. Heat over med. heat, stirring to dissolve sugar, for 5 min.


Stir in vanilla extract or flavoring, cinnamon and salt. Pour into dipping bowl.


Serve with apple slices.
