Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp Appetizers

Clean and devein lrg. or jumbo shrimp. Butterfly them up the back. Stuff with as much horseradish* as you can get into them. Close them and wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each and close with wooden picks. Broil for a min. or 2, turn over and broil the other side until done! My favorite appetizer!


* use it straight out of the jar
