Recipe for cooking asiago dip


Starters and Snacks :: Warm Hor d'oeuvres


Asiago Dip


1 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. thinly sliced green onions
1/3 C. grated Asiago cheese
1/4 C. sliced mushrooms
1/4 C. sun-dried tomato sprinkles
8 oz. light sour cream
1 Tbsp. grated Asiago
32 (1/2-in.) thick slices, diagonally cut French bread baguette, toasted


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


Mix together mayonnaise, onions, cheese, mushrooms, tomato sprinkles and sour cream in a bowl. Spoon into a 1-qt. casserole. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. cheese. Bake for 30 min. or until bubbly.


Serve with toasted bread.
