Starters and Snacks :: Sweet Dips and Spreads
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2/3 C. (5 oz. can) undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 C. coconut
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy
syrup, undrained
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add evaporated milk and vanilla extract or flavoring. Blend. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate.
Serve as a dip for fruit.
