Recipe for cooking butterscotch dip

Butterscotch Dip

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 C. butterscotch ice cream topping
1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla extract or flavoring

Mix together all ingredients in bowl; cream with spoon until smooth. Chill.

Serve with apple slices.

Yield: 1 1/4 C.
