Starters and Snacks :: Sweet Dips and Spreads
1 C. mashed bananas (3 med.)
1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pineapple, peeled and cut into spears
1 cucumber, cut into slices
1 lb. cooked shrimp
Mix together bananas, yogurt, onion, curry powder and salt in sm. bowl. Chill at least 1 hr..
Serve with pineapple, cucumber and shrimp.
Makes approximately 1 2/3 C. dip.
